ASOS Design NWT Out of Stock Mini Dress

Forest Green mini dress with a square neck, ruching and slight balloon sleeves. High waisted/empire waist, babydoll silhouette and crepe fabric, and a light, flowy feel. It's petite sizing so it's quite short. I'm 5'4" and a curvy size 12/14 and it was quite short to wear alone for me.
