A cute, classic 100% silk top as seen on Blair Waldorf. Reposhing this item I purchased from @b287807. Loved it, worn once but selling since I now work from home and don't have much chance to wear it. It is size 6 but would fit a 4. I did dryclean it to get rid of a light stain on the ruffles at neck and it appears to be gone (see close up photo). Honestly I can't even remember where the stain was located.
