space_cowgirl FYI that Alex and Ani you did buy is a fake. You can send images to the company and they will be happy to verify. They respond fastest on Facebook. The charms are wrong and if you look at the real one online you can see small differences.

space_cowgirl Sorry. There are tons of knockoff Alex and Anis out there, both the company and Posh have tried to crack down on it. Many of the knock off companies have also switched from using fake Alex and Ani tags to the one with the heart and American flag. If she does not ship I would cancel. If she does ship I would contact Posh and let them you did not know it was a knock off when you sent an offer. I am sure they will back you.
