AS NEW Blue midi dress with floral embroidery

Beautiful rococo style dress with light blue color lining and mesh outer layer covered in tiny flower embroidery. Has a zipper on the back that is barely visible when worn. I'm 5'6", 130 lbs, 33" in chest and it fits a bit loose. Worn only one time for an event and yesterday to take pictures to finally let it go. FREE tutu skirt included!
