The fabric and the sleeves look as if this may have been shrunk and felted, probably in hot water or in the dryer. Are the stitches tight enough that you can see in between them. Can yo tell me the measurements including sleeve width and length?

@kmstew99 it’s a pre-owned sweater it’s still in wonderful condition but you would have to decide in person . It was never washed or dryed ina machine. It was sent to the cleaners.
