AQUA Velvet Mini Strapless Dress

AQUA dress, double lined, size small. Purchased from Bloomingdales, never worn, tags still attached. Features a zipper back closure (no clasp), and a ribbon tie that you can tie in the front or the back. This would be great for sweet 16’s, birthday parties, sorority events, etc. I purchased this with the intention of wearing it with a sheer black long sleeve underneath with black pumps or sheer pantyhose for a winter wedding, but the dress was just too short on me (I’m 5’7”).
