APT. 9 Flutter Sleeve Blouse

I love this top but no longer fits. Great for all seasons and can be dressed up with slacks or a skirt for the office or casual with jeans or shorts. Pretty flounce butterfly like sleeves. Colors are beautiful earthtones with bits of green and blue. Elastic bottom is a flattering fit.
