shayyfenty @sizzlesales75 sorry for the delayed response. the item you purchased (this listing) has both the adapter and the actual headphones as pictured above. the pictures are both front and back of the item i have more than one with an adapter so i just took a picture of the back of the other . the item you purchased for this price will be sent with both headphone (1pair) & 1 adapter
