ANTIQUE QUIK STIK BOTTLE 1915 GLUE WATER PEACH GLOWY INDUSTRIAL OFFICE

This fun antique bottle with innovative cover is called a Kwik Stik, & is from 1915. Measuring 3”x1-1/2”, it has an embossed cap with an ingenious pop up ball that retracts when weight is put on it! Used to aid with affixing stamps or anything else that need adhering, you would fill the bottle with either water or glue, & just press the top for the liquid to release! In good condition, consistent with age & use, the metal lid is compromised one one side, but it doesn’t detract from the antique coolness of the piece at all! See last pic before glowy pic. Now for the really awesome part - magnesium was used in the molten mix of the glass, so it glows a peachy hue when exposed to UV light!
