Antique Haviland creamer and sugar bowl in pristine condition. These pieces were produced in France/Limoges and are made of porcelain in a floral pattern of pale pink and blue flowers with flowing greenery with a 22 kt. wash on the handles and bases. The back stamp dates these between 1900 and 1941 and I believe these may be the Princess pattern. These are marked as CH Field Haviland. Charles Haviland left America for limoges in the early 1850's to work for his uncle, David Haviland. Charles retired in 1881 and in 1890 the Company became known as GDA; Gerard, Dufraisseix and Abbott and these are marked with the cursive gda. The creamer measures 4.5" from spout to handle with a height of 3" and the sugar bowl is 6.5" from handles with a height of 4.75" from lid finial. These were well cared for pieces with no chips, cracks or crazing. Thanks for looking!!

@cyncass Hi, I'm so glad you asked me because I forgot to include that in the description!! I'm not sure; it's almost like a defect, it's a little hard knot. It's almost like a piece of porcelain or a little lump of super glue. I washed them and wasn't able to get it out. I'm not sure if anything would dissolve it. It really acts like part of the base material. Thanks for your inquiry!
