pookietrend @mwrightm It sounds to me that the plastic stop was missing. The watch does not run until it is removed. It it was missing, the battery probably ran down. I will post a picture

pookietrend @mwrightm see photo. It is a white plastic tab around the stop that needs to be removed. I put the yellow post it and arrow to show you the exact location. The watch does not start until it is removed
