Lovely, flattering and distinctive. All cotton with a touch of stretch. The print is so pretty, depicting abstractly of a village .. maybe France. There are several shades of blue and black in the pattern. It is knee length or a little below. It has large pleats that begin at the hip area and is quite full. Side zipper, fully lined.
