ANN TAYLOR PLEATED SWING SKIRT NAVY/POLKA DOTS

This skirt is NWOT and is dark navy blue with white polka dots. It has a 3 1/2" wide band by the waist with the skirt attached. When you walk it will swirl. You can wear this to work, out for dinner, or to a cocktail party with the right top. The length is 21"
