@hellsbelle7 The straps are adjustable. You can really make it as short or long as you want. They tie at the shoulders. I can gove you tge lenth from the top of the chest to the 2 bottom lengths if you woukd like. I'm at work & it will be this evening before I can get those measurements if you want those. Thank you!
