cwfield @dt94442 Hi, I'm sorry it's confusing. They are actually one size fits all. I have all the sizes listed because a lot of people sort shoes by their size and then they wouldn't see this listing so I just have all the sizes listed for exposure. You can choose any size when purchasing since they are all the same. Let me know if I can answer any questions.

cwfield @dt94442 Oh that's a shame. No I don't think you will need to double up. They are actually sticky on both sides so one side sticks to your shoe and the other side sticks to your foot, holding your foot to the inside of your shoe.

chessiekat Can one pair be interchanged from one pair of shoes to another? Or do I need a different pair for different shoes? Thanks!

cwfield @chessiekat Hi, they are removable to be interchangeable with different shoes. If they lose their stickiness from interchanging and wearing just wash them in soapy water and air dry, the stickiness will return. They last about 3 months with constant wear.
