AMAZING Ugly Ironic Oversized Beach Sweater

Amazing and ironic (beach... sweater?!), this sequined fish and beach top has shoulder pads that the original owner velcroed in. I found it with some MAJOR stains (chocolate fountain mishap, or murder?), but after a thorough soaking it's almost as good as new. From the 80s/90s. Listed as M, but oversized M. Check measurements.
