I am a 38c and this coat fit me fine. (please know in one of the photos that I gathered and pinched the fabric to show you how much additional fabric there is in the bust. the pinched fabric is folded over so bear in mind that it's about 3 and 1/2 inches from the tip of my thumb to the inside of my thumb)
