You posted the bust is 21”. Is that measurement laying flat and zipped? For example a 38” bust would fit?

Hello. I’m sorry I didn’t realize you asked for measurements. I measured the bust by laying the jacket flat and I measured from armpit inseam to armpit inseam. I have implants and my bust is a DD cup. I NEVER ZIPPED THE JACKET OVER MY BUST. It would have been to tight. I wore it zipped just below my bust and it looks awesome!!!
