A-Line cocktail dress

A-line cocktail / party dress. See-through band in the middle. The rest of the dress is fully lined. V neck and thin straps (not adjustable). Zips up the back. Two toned - black detail with tan lining. Lovely flowy skirt beneath the band. Falls around the knee. Never worn.
