A-Line Black Skirt

This issue brand new skirt, never worn. Tags have been removed. Absolutely beautiful skirt can be dressed up or down. It has a very comfortable band at the top. Could be worn as a high waist skirt or low waist. The bottom is flared. The material of the skirt is very elegant. On someone 5'4 it would be below the knee
