ALTERNATIVE blue cover up dress

I'm pretty sure it's meant to be worn as a beach cover up but I have to admit it looks great layered over this FREE PEOPLE black dress I have for sale. Anyhow bust: 15" waist 14.5" hips 16". You cab tell by the measurements, made to be loose, yet still show body shape. Made of cotton and modal. It's so very sic tabs comfortable. Very important factor. Top of strap to bottom is 36".
