What is the material?

@tylra321 hi! 95% modal 5% spandex. It is a super super soft material, not too thin and not too thick, has some stretch to it if needed. Super comfortable! Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions! 💗

@tylra321 Absolutely! I wasn’t aware there is even fake Alo clothing out there? I would never sell anything that’s not authentic. I’ve been a huge Alo (and lulu) fan for about 5 or 6 years now and my collection is pretty big from over the years. Happy to dig up the email/receipt from years ago when I purchased this if need be.

Didn’t mean to offend but I did just receive a fake and a dealing with it now. I haven’t been on Poshmark very long but have made several purchases since and have been pleased until this last purchase. I thought you couldn’t sell fake here either but apparently I got one.
That’s the only reason I ask now.

@tylra321 Aww no you’re totally fine! 💗 Definitely didn’t offend and I completely understand!! The same thing actually happened to me with a pair of lululemon leggings about a year ago, thankfully Poshmark was great to work with and resolved the issue very quickly. I’m sorry to hear someone sold you something fake on here because it’s definitely against Poshmark rules!

@tylra321 Also if you haven’t yet, I would reach out to Poshmark customer support and submit a new inquiry regarding the order, give them a brief description of what happened (what you thought you were going to receive vs. what you actually received) and then take supporting photos of the item that show that it’s a fake (like any big or small details that are giveaway as to why the item is fake). Do that and Poshmark will make things right! They thankfully take stuff like that pretty seriously 🙂

Thanks. I did do that and I’m still awaiting their review. They did ask for more pictures and I submitted them yesterday. I hope they’ll resolve it as I’d hate to be stuck with a fake Alo lol.

They take that stuff pretty seriously so as long as the pictures are clear and show that it’s a fake they’ll side with you 🙂 I’m curious what was it that you bought? Like was it leggings or a top or bag..? I know about all the fake lulu out there but didn’t know it’s happening with Alo too!

It was an Alo zip up jacket and the logo isn’t like the real Alo plus at the bottom of the zipper there was a different tiny logo. Still awaiting Poshmark. I just sent them another message. So frustrating but it’s fine. I’m sure they’ll see it’s not real.

@tylra321 oh man that’s definitely frustrating!!! Ugh I can’t stand that people are doing this .. especially the ones who sell fakes intentionally!! I’m so sorry that happened to you! Hopefully Poshmark sides with you I’ll keep you in mind hoping that it all works out because trust me I’ve been there once before in the past and it’s sooo frustrating!

Just wanted to let you know that the issue was resolved and Poshmark said their team determined that it indeed wasn’t authentic so they’ll be issuing me a full refund! What a relief
