heartlands1890 @thecajunskittle usually the imperfections are minor like some scratches on the hardware. They might have been in store floor models.

tatstore @lisascott959 I received the black one the green just got mailed today. Mine looked good. Clean. No smells. No marks or scratches but I think it was maybe a floor model so it just looked like it had been handled a little and nothing a bit of stuffing and laying it in its side a few days wouldn’t fix. I was delighted that I bought both colors

tatstore @lisascott959 green one I bought is in worse shape. I’m not sure I’ll be able to remove all the misshapen issues. This one had moderate damage. It will prob take me weeks and loads of conditioner to make it usable

tatstore @elmo3_3 good yours is well. After 3 days of daily conditioning and cleaning and stuffing and rotating this bag I can now see that the permanent damage will be minor. It’s not “slight” but I am much happier today than I was 3 days ago

ldeering89 @lisascott959 I bought the black Rogue 39, got it Saturday. It was absolutely perfect, not a single mark on it. Only thing I noticed was that it wasn't wrapped like they usually are brand new. Seemed like maybe it was a floor model or something. Heck of a deal!

heartlands1890 @tyler_a_nyc you're not stuck with the item per Poshmark rules no matter what Coach says. They're saying expect almost perfect but item may have creases, scratches or wrinkles or what looks like small signs of use. Obviously if it's something major like actually missing pieces or significant damage you open up a case for a return. Posh will most likely offer you a choice of a partial credit or return for a full refund.
