ALL SALES FINAL! CLOSET CLOSING! EVERYONE: Sellers please video ALL YOUR ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO YOUR CUSTOMER! It has come to my attention people will buy and damage your items, no matter what you do they will win and get to send your damaged items back and there is nothing you can do. When Posh sides with the customer even though you have pictures of your items listed, you still lose. I'm unable to take losses like this and even though it's unfair, I have learned now to video everything so no one can buy my items and damage them and tell Poshmark that it was damaged when they received it. Please take my advice: VIDEO ALL YOUR SALES AND SHIPMENTS FOR PROOF!! I'm only trying to help. God bless everyone and Merry Christmas 🙏 🎁 If you love something please make offers and ask questions to avoid any returns! Hate to say it but we plan to sell everything and close when we get everything sold. We have a lot that has never been listed yet but plan to either list it and sell til we finally sell out of everything. Thanks to everyone who has purchased and been honest here. God bless you.

couturegirl Buyers have been doing this for years and it’s disgusting that they get away with it! Thankfully it’s only a small minority of them who do it. Same with scam sellers who sell things they don’t have and mail a box of rocks in order to get the correct weight for the shipping label. Some people just suck!

couturegirl @bigred2019 Unfortunately it’s true. There are untrustworthy buyers and sellers on all resale platforms. Thankfully it’s only a minority, the majority are good people, at least on here.

bigred2019 @couturegirl I agree. I came on Poshmark back in 2019 to start buying things as my daughter-in-law told me about it and a few years ago I started selling and I really enjoy it. I’ve met some really nice new friends on Poshmark. It’s just sad the bad Apple has to spoil the bunch. You know what I mean.

Poshmark did make things right by giving me the money I originally asked for the damaged item. I just wanted others to be aware in case they weren't. So glad to have met you 🙏

A few bad apples but we allow God to weed them out and do our part by video all our sales so they won't have any room to stand on when they try to hurt people. So happy to have met you dear 🙏

weebells13 It just happened to me! I know that the scarf I mailed was in great shape but she send a picture showing holes in it! I don't understand how this works though. are they trying to take us out or do they purchase a damage piece cheap then return it to us and sell the good one?

jacobmeade84 @weebells13 Well it can go either way. Some purchase knowing they have 4 days to use and are able to return if they aren't happy for whatever reason. So they have to prove the item was not as described in some way. Some have been known to damage the item or try and replace with others and send the bad back to the seller. That's why it's always good to do a video while packaging your items so you will have proof it was not damaged or proof of how it's described before it leaves you

jacobmeade84 @weebells13 Most of the time if you can prove them wrong by taking pictures, videos etc.. then Poshmark will always try to make things right by reimburse you the listing price of that item. Always try to video your item before it leaves you and add a listing on your closet saying you are making videos of all sales to keep you and the buyer safe. So if a potential thief comes by your closet and sees your listing then most of the time they will move on.

suzyblueyes I agree with you 💯 percent it happened to many times and my items have everything listed in the description and never send a free gift they say it’s the wrong order They will win trust me and everything she said unfortunately people buy and destroy items and then you are out everything. I can’t afford to lose money at all for unfortunate circumstances but the burden is still there. Listen to what is happening because it’s true and I am sorry this happened to you my friend
