Beautiful sheer chiffon blush nude & black polka dot wrap blouse with hi-lo hem by All Saints. Ruffle elastic cuffs. Feels like silk but is viscose. Size 2 but will fit up to a S/M. Underarm to underarm around: 40" Length shoulder to hem: 20" front, 26" back Excellent pre-owned condition! Couple of tiny pulls on top of left arm---not noticeable when worn though (see pic with brand label).
