beanbag @julio24 hi thank you and yes it can be a struggle. But we must always know the number on the scale is jut that a number. I recently started saying positive affirmations to myself in the mirror. It was hard at first to look myself in the eye and say how I love and accept my body as it is. And say to myself "I'm strong and can make positive changes". But after a few days it felt really great. You keep going, taking one day at a time. 😊
