Hello! Shopping Addict here! In my pursuit to declutter and get rid of all my clothes that I no longer fit into or wear (on top of attempting to earn back some of the $ I spent on it all so I can get a surgery I really need) I’m looking to sell most of my #FP collection. I’ve lost a ton of weight and no longer fit into anything and being I’ve had issues with shopping addiction, it’s time to let go of most of my wardrobe! I have enough to fill a boutique. 😬

@persuasions Totally hear that!!! And it’s really such a pain listing each item. If you ever decide to have a live with unlisted stuff, let me know! I actually do have pics for a few, and I’ll try to put some more together so it’d be worth your time to look. I treasure my FP- I have about 10 items that I’ve never worn, don’t really fit anymore, yet are unique so I refuse to part with them!!! So I understand and applaud you for being willing to part! 😂💗

@retro_world711 I’ve not even explored doing a live show. I thought you had to create listings for each item though before doing a live? Well maybe at some point down the road I’ll try it when/if I have some time. There are definitely some pieces I doubt I’ll part with too. lol. But I kid you not I have HUNDREDS of FP pieces so I really need to let a lot go! 😬

@persuasions So I’ve been seeing more and more shows where no photos are taken. The items are all unlisted, and the seller just creates numbers for the listing- 1-50. After 50 you can replenish, but that’s how many you can do at once.

@persuasions You’d be perfect bc you already have a ton of followers and you are looking to sell quality product. If you created a live show and marked it as “Free People Closet Clearout”, you would get tons of people checking it out. I’m going to try lives in the new year, so I’ll let u know if it’s really difficult or not. So glad I saw your posting! You have great taste 😍

I haven’t learned much about the live shows because when it started they only select people join and they were all making a couple hundred bucks per show minimum but once it was open to everyone, it seems too flooded to make anything but I suppose an all free people show might attract people. I just have so much and no time. Uhg

@persuasions I totally understand & agree that it’s really flooded. And people are dropping prices so low, it’s very hard to compete. I’m not sure if I want to try or not, but I do think if you ever get to that point, your FP personal closet clear-out would sell. Are any of your FP larges? I definitely prefer the stretchier stuff because I’m busty…

@retro_world711 hello! So yes, a lot of my free people are medium and large. I do have smalls too but those tend to run big, so they’re more like a medium or large. It’s just so overwhelming. I literally have more than I could even begin to explain. 😬

@deanmorgan1 I literally have a TON of free people. A lot of it is vintage or on its way to be but I also have a lot of new recent years styles. I have many sizes as my weight has fluctuated a lot over the years. I need to have a surgery and it’s costly so I’m praying I can save the money selling all of my beloved FP collection 😭🫣😬 I wish I had more time to just list each item. I just don’t though. Uhg.

@persuasions Oh my goodness … i know what you mean about pretty much all that you said, except mine has been with Lululemon. I also have fluctuations, but i always buy the same size with them bc i like to do oversize and their oversize is nowhere near FP oversize. So i keep everything! Plus nothing ever goes out of style from them because it’s basically all the same. In my opinion anyways.

I’ve just recently become a FP addict. It’s been lovely.. but also like, seriously? Every day i am finding more and more things that i struggle with, do i need this?!? I spent all day yesterday on Live shows. All day. Thats all i did. At 1 am i was like what in the world did i just do?!?

@deanmorgan1 I’ve got a TON of free people cardigans, sweaters and so on 😍 like literally a TON. It’s a bad addiction. But unfortunately I need the surgery so that’s really the only thing I can sell at the moment and it’s still going to take forever to come up with it. Buy I’d really love to see these clothes go to a home they’ll be loved in! I’m weird like that. 😂
