ALGO Petite Vintage 90s Prom dress. Teal color with sparkly glitter detailing. High low style with ruffles. Halter neck. Sheer overlay with lining. Has marks on the inside of the chest area (not visible from the outside). It does have a mark on the back shown in photos. Could use a good dry cleaner to get out. And a small snag on the back all documented in photos. This is a gorgeous unique piece worth saving. Size 8
