Alexander McQueen Size 46 IT / 10-12 US (Fits True) Measurements: Condition: Mint This Edwardian jacket comes from Alexander McQueen's iconic "It's Only a Game" collection, in which he evokes an 1800s chess game between America and Japan. The "shrunken" runway version has been featured in several museum retrospectives. Unlike the runway version, this is the produced version with traditional lapel and tailored single-breasted cut. It has all the drama but is very wearable and is an ultra rare "real world" size 46 (10-12 US) The fabric is a pearlescent 100% silk - it's a silvery-grey lilac that is delicate and subtle in low light and glowing and opalescent under bright light. It's counter-woven with a filigree lace around the hemline and cuffs. The tailoring, especially around the shoulders and lower back, shows McQueen's mastery with shape and technique.
