A.L.C. Viscose Navy Wrap Skirt Midriff Cutout Sleeveless Dress NWT Size See Measurements There is no size for this dress. See measurements Pit to pit is about 17" measured laying flat Waist is about 16" measured laying flat Length of skirt is about 23.5" This top is attached to the dress in the back but in the front it is not. The skirt is a wrap skirt held in place by a button and three slide closures. There are also two loops but I was not able to see how those worked. Maybe there was a button they slid onto at one time. There is also a small rip in a seam on the side of the top part. I think you could fix this with a few stitches. The tag says 2012 on it so I believe that is the year it is from.
