ALC Pleated Dress BRAND NEW W TAGS

Brand New ALC dress with tags. Sadly it didn’t fit and i missed the return window. I bought a size 4 previously (too small- i am typically a 4-6), and then purchased this one in size 6, but found it to be about the same. Its a small size 6! Beautiful color though- wish it fit!!! *will post actual pics of dress if requested!*
