This is known as the Delfina Dress. It is asymmetrically draped and laser pleated from matte fabric in an aqua-blue hue. This is a one-shoulder silhouette featuring a confident side cutout and high-low hem. I got this dress and decided to wear something else. My measurments are Bust: 32” Waist: 26” Hips: 39” This would fit someone smaller or bigger than me.
