cococamello Hi, is the material at all stretchy, or at least the waist? Your tape measurer starts at the outside of the waist so it appears to actually be about a 26/27 inch waist. That 1/2 to 1 inch makes a difference between closing and not closing unless it's stretchy. Its really cute. Great with tights and boots.
