kevinarobinsone just a polite fyi, these are overboots, to be worn in conjunction with regular combat boots, typically worn during CBRN (Biological Hazard Training). The American Army still issues these atleast at fort Bliss. If you or anyone in your circle would be interested in any additional CBRN gear, please let me know.
