A:Glow Dress / Cover Up

Two toned red patterned summer dress with high low asymmetrical hem and ruffle detail. Tassel details on the shoulder ties. Has a rip in the fabric on the back lower part of dress. Could easily be repaired by someone who’s good with a needle and thread. See photos. Length is adjustable with the ties at the shoulders
