Gorgeous pair of ballet flats with decorative patent buckle and glitter toes. I purchased these at Nordstrom Rack and the label on the shoe read “worn and refinished” although they look perfect to me. The bottoms look like they were maybe painted? Please. See pictures. I’ve never worn these. Also, shoe size reads 42 and I wear an 11. They fit me perfectly but I think they are a size 12 US.
