gloriouspraise @susanrosenberg I had measured the seam on the side of the skirt. The back side scoops down slightly but is close to the 29" measurement. Thanks for asking!

gloriouspraise @susanrosenberg Okay! I have that. The fabric is double layered and criss crosses in front. It scoops up to it's shortest point on the right, front side which measures 25 1/2" from waistband to shortest point.
