A’GACI NAVY BLUE SKATER DRESS WAFFLE FABRIC SMALL

This is a preloved style made in the USA. It features a wonderful navy waffle fabric(stretches a bit) with a lined top half and skinny belt loops. Belt is not included. My mannequin fills this out perfect and my mannequin measurements are Bust: 34 1/2in Waist: 26in Hip: 35in. Shoulder to hem measurements are 30 1/2in Imperfections include: a snag in the back skirt half, snag in the interior lining of the top half and the fabric itself had some markings in the interior.
