@sophiecarnesss It doesn't run small, I'm a small and it's too big for me that is why I'm selling. I'd say it's probably pretty accurate to the size chart pictured M 36"-38" bust. It has a zipper on the back where it can be taken in and seams on the side but depending on how much you need taken in it might bring the straps really close together in the back
