khanhtraniam Measurements: 20” across the shoulder but there’s an elastic on top that can stretch (for it to be off-the-shoulder) Romper length is about 25” I am size 25 in pants and I fit this fine, there’s also an elastic at the waist Please let me know any other measurements you’d like to know.
