@cholavardhan hi! Yes, in the second picture you can see the tag tucked behind the scarf. It’s not an Abercrombie tag, it’s a secondary retailer called “Rugged Warehouse.” It’s a TJ Maxx type retailer. So yes, it’s new, never been worn, with tags!

@cholavardhan I'm so sorry for this issue. We must have not looked closely before sending it out, so this is all our fault and I take full responsibility. Unfortunately, we only had two of these, and the other just sold. So these are the options: I can send you a full refund, I can cut the tag off a different scarf and send that to you, or I can send you one of the 3 other scarves free of charge. Again, I apologize and I hope I can make it right. It's a very unfortunate oversight!

I just sent a message to Poshmark asking what to do in this situation. Normally, you would start a return on your end. I haven't actually received your payment, so if you don't accept the purchase, and instead select "problems/order inquiry" and start a return, then I will never receive your payment and it will bounce back to you. If you do nothing, the payment will be released to me tomorrow automatically. If you start the return today, it should resolve the issue. However...

@cholavardhan if you don't mind sending the scarf back, then the return process is obviously the resolution to this issue. You would not have to pay return shipping. But again, I asked poshmark if/how I can send you a refund without doing the return, so I'm waiting to hear back from them.

@cholavardhan no I can’t see your address. But I have to go through the proper channels poshmark provides to send refunds. I’m not comfortable sending refunds any other way. After reading their policies, the only way to do this is by starting a return and going from there. Poshmark will act as the middle man.

Also, upon further consideration, I would have to spend money and time purchasing a box, packaging material and tape as well as visiting a local USPS location, which are especially difficult given my schedule. @cholavardhan I can only refund you if you start a return through poshmark. You can use the box it came in, schedule a pickup from your house and poshmark sends you a shipping label for free. I don’t feel comfortable doing something on the side like you’re suggesting. I’m very sorry for the difficulty, but if you want a refund, you must do a proper return.
