masoeliz14 @nanceleo Hey! So so sorry for the delayed response, I recently injured my hand and a bunch of stuff took a backseat for a couple weeks. The fabric content on these and the matching brown pair in my closet is 98% cotton and 2% elastane. Lmk if you have any other questions!

masoeliz14 @elishaia Hey there! That horizontal seam at the waist is about 22" flat across. There's a little bit of stretch but not a ton. But the straps are adjustable so the waist can sit higher or lower depending on your preference. If it helps, I'm a solid 12/14 in bottoms these days and these fit just fine!
