1. They aren't very stretchy 2. 30" 3. The only thing wrong with them is that some of the holes ripped a little bigger than when I first bought them. That's why they're only $18 @annikaabishh

Thanks for your help. Hopefully this information will help someone in the future. Unfortunately they won't be able to fit me considering that I do have a little bit of big thighs so I do like the stretch and I do need it a little bit longer again my apologies

Actually, these are a little bit bigger in the thighs considering I have the same problem as you. They also loosen up a little throughout the day @annikaabishh

Its 31" , but since they are so stretchy, they give extra length on the bottom when you have them on @annikaabishh
