American Eagle Outfitters strapless dress has a silicone band for stay up power, fully elastic back, & deep pockets. Excellent summer dress but colors are also great for fall just add a sweater or a cardigan. Navy base. Size 10, 100% polyester. 26” from pit to hem, waist: 14.5” unstretched.
