AE Striped Long Sleeve Off-The-Shoulder Blouse

Navy and white striped peplum, off-the-shoulder cropped blouse. This blouse has white pinstripes set on navy. The hem lays right around the waistline of mid-rise jeans, but would work well with high-waisted jeans. Has a few threads which are unraveling, and were already present when I received the item.
