AE Stretch Denim Mom Short / Fits like 6, tag size is 8

Bought in 2023, just don’t care for wearing daisy duke style shorts. ***These are a size 8 but I find these fit more like a comfortable AE size 6 after they shrunk. Listing them as the size they feel, tag pictures included.
