AE Off the Shoulder Dress NWT Can be worn on the shoulders or off depending on shoulder width. Top has elastic in it so can stretch and stay in place. Small spot on left chest. Haven’t tried t wash because I wanted to sell with tags on. Purchased for vacation but plans got cancelled. 😕 Beautiful and very comfy!
