It is full length with a slightly longer section in the back but not a train.

The fabric is more a kin to satin and dies not have stretch hence top portion is form fitting.
Pit to pit measures 22 1/2 inches.
I added three more photos, including the lower portion of the back, which has a gentle flare.
The sleeves are 3/4 in length.
