ADIRONDACK RED WINGS ASHTRAY COIN DISH VINTAGE 1979-1999

The Adirondack Red Wings was a hockey team out of NY that played from 1979 to 1999. Measuring 4-1/4” square x 1”, it’s a fantastic vintage piece to add to any hockey enthusiasts collection, & a fun piece to add to your vintage sports bar! In clear glass with 4 indentations to lay your cigs, cigars, pens, or other, it has their red & white winged puck enameled team logo in the center. In GVC, consistent with age, it has some minimal signs of wear. There’s a chip on the base of the left edge which is quite old, but it’s very smooth to the touch & wouldn’t cut (trust me, I’ve run my finger along it with heft quite a lot!) The logo enameling has the ever so slightest bit of wear from being set on furniture for so many years that’s worth mentioning, but it’s insignificantly noticeable & in really in fantastic shape! The third is a more personal flaw - my loved one, after he bought it at a game when he was a teen, etched his initial (B) on the underside to be able to tell his from his friend’s of the same. To be honest, it’s not a standout thing, you only view it if you’re seeking it out, please view extensive magnified pics for the above mentioned. Extremely scarce to find, it was never used as an ashtray, only as a catch-all for change, jewelry, etc. We’re now downsizing for retirement, & can’t take it all with us, so he’s ready to be passed down to another hockey fan & collector! * I don’t issue returns or partial refunds, so please view pics & description thoughtfully, thanks!
