The size 5 is marked U.K. 3.5 and the size 6.5 is marked U.K. 5, according to the size chart in adidas.com size 5 fits heel to toe measurement of 9.2" the size 6.5 fits heel to toe measurements of 9.7" you can check how to measure on adidas.com. The box shows US size 5 is app 24cm and 6.5 is about 25.3cm. Hope that helps. I wear a 10 and a 9 in adidas fits me comfortably, but I definitely can't get my foot into a 5 or 6.5 to give you any guidance
